Check beforehand for when this church is open as it would be a shame to miss seeing inside. This is one of the Celtic Quiet Places churches. Parking on the road outside. If you follow Simon Jenkin's 'England's thousand Best Churches' then Madron is included as one of thirty he selected in Cornwall. He liked the Nelson Banner, the church has a replica now, the original is at Penlee House Museum.

I attended a very beautiful and sensitive funeral service for a relative here.

A lovely historic church.
Sung evensong from the Book of Common Prayer was a fitting service to attend.

Drove through the village to fund the church hosting the local(illegal) fox hunt! What sort of church is this? Do not support it!
